Chairman of the Prime Minister's Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood has said that technical training will be directly provided to two hundred thousand and indirectly to six to eight hundred thousand youth this year.Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said the Prime Minister has given clear directions to the relevant departments in this regard. He said there is great demand of skilled workforce abroad and we will exploit this potential for our youth.Rana Mashhood said an agreement has also been signed with the Commonwealth for free training of Pakistani youth in top eight streams of Artificial Intelligence.Rana Mashhood said that the scope of clubs being established under Green Youth Movement will be expanded to two hundred and sixty eight universities this year. He said these clubs subsequently will also be established at the college and school levels in order to equip the youth better deal with the natural calamities.Source: Radio Pakistan
