Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has expressed the government’s commitment to taking the country on the path of development. Addressing an event in Islamabad on Thursday, he voiced his confidence that Pakistan will become a leading economy in the world by 2035. However, he emphasized the necessity of ensuring peace, stability, and continuity of policies to achieve this ambitious goal.
According to Radio Pakistan, Minister Iqbal, speaking at another event in Islamabad, highlighted the importance of coordinated efforts between the federal and provincial governments. He stressed the need for collaborative improvement in critical sectors such as health and education. Additionally, he discussed the Uraan Pakistan initiative, which envisions measures aimed at ensuring the country’s socio-economic development on a sustainable basis.
