Ottawa: Pakistan's High Commissioner to Canada, Muhammad Saleem, has underscored the importance of art as a powerful instrument of cultural diplomacy. He was speaking with Pakistani artist Khalil Najmi in Ottawa.

According to Radio Pakistan, the High Commissioner highlighted that artists play a vital role in building bridges among societies. He emphasized that cultural exhibitions, artist exchanges, and collaboration with counterpart institutions abroad are key pillars of Pakistan's public diplomacy initiatives.
