Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has stated that the visit of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko to Islamabad will be a milestone in the development of Pakistan's economy and its people. Speaking to the media at the Nur Khan airbase, Tarar emphasized the positive impact this visit will have on the bilateral relations between the two countries.According to Radio Pakistan, the minister highlighted that joint ventures in various sectors are set to be discussed during the Belarusian President's visit. He expressed optimism that this collaboration would bring about significant economic benefits for Pakistan.Tarar also noted that the Pakistan Stock Exchange has recently crossed the mark of 100,000 points, attributing this achievement to the government's prudent economic policies. He mentioned that inflation has seen a decline, and the prices of essential commodities like petrol, flour, and electricity have been reduced, offering much-needed relief to the public.The m inister further stated that the people of Pakistan have rejected the politics of chaos in favor of progress and welfare. He conveyed his confidence that the economy is on an upward trajectory and will continue to improve steadily.
