Abu Dhabi: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will lead the Pakistan delegation to the twelfth session of the Pakistan-UAE Joint Ministerial Commission scheduled in Abu Dhabi today. The JMC serves as the highest institutionalized platform for bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and the UAE.
According to Radio Pakistan, the session will advance the agenda of deepening strategic, economic, and development cooperation between the two countries. It will review progress across multiple domains of bilateral cooperation and explore new avenues for collaboration in trade, investment, energy, infrastructure development, and IT.
The session will provide an opportunity for both sides to align their economic priorities and enhance the scope of their mutually beneficial partnership. The Pakistan delegation, led by the Deputy Prime Minister, will include secretaries and senior officials from key ministries such as Economic Affairs, Commerce, Energy, Maritime Affairs, and Interior.
The UAE delegation will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with high-level representatives from relevant Emirati institutions.
