The Election Commission of Pakistan has rejected the petition filed by Sunni Ittehad Council seeking allocation of reserved seats in the National and Provincial Assemblies.The 4-1 majority decision said that the Sunni Ittehad Council failed to submit its priority lists well in time due to which seats reserved for women and non-Muslims cannot be allotted to the party.Source: Radio Pakistan
