The Election Commission of Pakistan has reminded all heads of political parties to submit their consolidated statements of Accounts for the last fiscal year on or before the 29th of next month.It is imperative upon a political party to submit a consolidated statement of its accounts to the commission within sixty days from the close of a financial year.The statement shall contain an accurate picture of the financial position of the party and no funds were received by the party from any source prohibited under the Election Act, 2017.Printed forms are available free of cost in the Election Commission Secretariat, Islamabad and in the offices of the provincial Election Commissioners.Besides, Form-D and proforma for source of funds are available on ECP's website.Source: Radio Pakistan
