Caretaker Minister for Commerce, Industries and Investment Dr. Gohar Ejaz has said that the caretaker government remains committed to further strengthening Pakistan's export potential and creating a conducive environment for sustainable economic growth.In a statement, the Minister said exports in December 2023 increased by 22.2% to 2.812 billion dollars.He said Pakistan's exports have recovered and are on a clear upward trajectory, reaching an impressive 2.8 billion dollars in December 2023.The Minister said these positive developments are a testament to the government's ongoing efforts and the resilience of Pakistani businesses".He expressed confidence that Pakistan would reach its targeted capacity of 3 billion dollars per month soon with the implementation of the new Industry Policy under the SIFC framework.Source: Radio Pakistan
