Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Human Rights and Women Empowerment, Mushaal Hussain Mullick says the government is committed to provide all fundamental rights to the transgender community across the country at gross root level.Addressing a workshop today, she said that over three hundred thousand transgender persons were registered with concerned government department. The Special Assistant said that the government has planned to launch a mass campaign named "Dukhtar" for the protection, jobs and skilled programs for trans community.Source: Radio Pakistan
