Minister for Energy Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari says the government is taking concrete measures to resolve the issues of power sector.He was talking to a delegation of MQM-P that called on him in Islamabad today.Detailed discussion was held over the power related issues of Karachi.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said expensive power plants are being retired to reduce electricity prices. He said the imported-fuel plants are being shifted to the local coal to reduce cost and produce cheaper electricity.Source: Radio Pakistan
