Jammu is expected to see partly cloudy skies, while Leh may experience cloudy weather with chances of rain, wind, and thunderstorm. The temperatures recor ded this morning were Srinagar twelve degrees centigrade, Jammu twenty-three, Leh two, Pulwama twenty-two, Anantnag and Shopian twenty-one, and Baramula twenty degrees centigrade.
