International Day of Women Judges is being celebrated across the world including Pakistan on Sunday to recognize the contribution of women jurists worldwide.It aims to incorporate women's representation issues into judicial systems.The theme of this year's day "Empathy and Action: Women and girls in carceral settings."In April 26 2021, the United Nations General Assembly declared the day by a resolution adopted by consensus.The day was observed globally for the first time on March 10, 2022.Source: Radio Pakistan
