Islamabad: Federal Minister for Education Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has termed the establishment of an e-sports ecosystem in the country as a timely step. He made this statement during a meeting with a delegation from the Commonwealth Secretariat and the British e-sports Federation.

According to Radio Pakistan, Dr. Siddiqui highlighted the integration of e-sports into education and training as a significant initiative for youth. The minister emphasized the potential of e-sports to engage young people and provide them with new avenues for learning and skill development.
