Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, has underscored the importance of pre-departure orientations for overseas workers, emphasizing their role in preparing individuals for international employment opportunities.He was addressing the briefing session on current operations of the Bureau of Immigration where he issued directives for enhancing services for overseas Pakistani workers. He urged officials to address existing bottlenecks and ensure effective implementation measures to improve the welfare of Overseas Pakistani workers.In particular, the Minister highlighted the significance of rigorous screenings for individuals heading to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, aiming to mitigate grievances and foster better relations with the host countries.Source: Radio Pakistan
