Senator Irfan Siddiqui has said Muslims have unwavering belief in the finality of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Rasool Allah Khatam-un-Nabiyyin Sallallahu Alaih-e-Wasallam.Speaking in the Senate today, he said the Supreme Court has also given clarification on its recent judgment regarding proscribed religious literature. He said this is a sensitive issue and it should not be politicized to flare up tempers.Taking the floor, Senator Mushtaq Ahmed welcomed the Supreme Court's clarification saying he will also file a review petition for removal of lacunas in the judgment.Maulvi Faiz Muhammad said protecting the sanctity of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Rasool Allah Khatam-un-Nabiyyin Sallallahu Alaih-e-Wasallam is our duty.Shahadat Awan, in his remarks, said the state institutions should not be targeted for political gains.Reports of various standing committees were also presented in the House today.Later, the House was adjourned to meet again on Monday at three afternoon.Source: Radio Pakistan
