BUDAPEST: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has called for global cooperation to tackle the complex issue of human trafficking, emphasizing that no single nation can effectively address this challenge alone. Naqvi made these remarks during discussions with Swiss Migration Minister Christine Schraner Burner, EU Migration and Home Affairs Chief Johannes Luchner, and International Centre for Migration Policy Development Head Michael Spindelegger in Hungary.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meetings centered on issues of mutual interest, with a particular focus on combating irregular migration and human trafficking. The leaders underscored the urgency of joint actions to address these pressing challenges. Naqvi expressed appreciation for the European Union and migration policy development organizations’ willingness to collaborate, highlighting that sustainable actions today are crucial for ensuring a better future for forthcoming generations.
