In North Waziristan, colourful events were organized at tourist spots on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.Various sports and other activities were organized by the Pakistan Army for the entertainment of the participants.In Razmak and Shawwal areas, there is a heavy influx of tourists. They are warmly welcomed by Pakistan Army, Police and Civil Administration. All possible arrangements including that of security have been put in place for the convenience of the tourists.The residents thanked the Pakistan Army for their efforts to maintain law and order in North Waziristan.And in South Waziristan, a colorful festival was organized at Gomal Zam Dam tourist spot on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.Different activities were organized in the festival for the amusement of the people especially the children.About three thousand people including a large number of children participated in the festival. A traditional dance was performed on this occasion in which people actively participated.The boat trip was the fo cus of people's special attention in the festival.The residents of the area expressed special gratitude to the Pakistan Army for their efforts to establish law and order in the area.Source: Radio Pakistan
