Islamabad: Karachi Company police team has arrested a wanted member of a notorious thief gang involved in numerous theft activities in the twin cities. The accused was identified as Tasawar Hussain. Police team also recovered cash, gold ornaments, a vehicle, and a weapon with ammunition used in crime from his possession. Cases have already been registered against the nabbed accused in the twin cities and further investigation is underway.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, SSP Operations Islamabad Muhammad Shoaib Khan has directed officers for an effective crackdown against the accused involved in criminal activities and to take all possible measures to protect the life and property of the citizens. He further stated that no criminal element will be allowed to disturb the peace of the people. Citizens are urged to report any suspicious individual or activity through the emergency helpline ‘Pucar-15’.
