According to Radio Pakistan, this understanding was reached during a telephonic conversation between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. The announcement was made via a statement on X, highlighting the potential for future diplomatic engagement.
