ISLAMABAD: Chinese Special Envoy on Afghan Affairs, Ambassador Yue Xiaoyong, met with Pakistan's Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch in Islamabad on Monday to discuss the role of neighboring countries in stabilizing Afghanistan.
