Vienna: Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry announced that Pakistan's successful strategy against illegal migration has become a model for the international community. Speaking at the high-level meeting of the Global Alliance to Counter Migrant Smuggling in Vienna, Austria, he emphasized the need for a coordinated international response to tackle what he described as a global challenge.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhry highlighted the importance of promoting safe, orderly, and legal migration to effectively address the issue of illegal migration. His remarks underscored the global dimension of the problem, calling for collective efforts beyond just cross-border solutions.

The European Union has recognized Pakistan's effective measures against illegal migration. Participants at the Global Alliance meeting also commended the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for its significant efforts in combating this issue. The meeting served as a platform for sharing successful strategies and fostering international collaboration in the fight against migrant smuggling.
