Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was informed today that work on solar tube well installation scheme is in progress to boost agriculture economy in the province.
Speaking in the Provincial Assembly during the question hour in Peshawar today, Provincial Minister for Agriculture Sajjad Barakwal said agricultural department should inform opposition members of the house with correct statistics.
He said Peshawar will be made a model district in terms of agricultural land utilization under the Rural Economic Transformation project.
He assured the opposition members to address their queries regarding ADPs.
Responding to a call attention notice, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister Syed Qasim Ali Shah said efforts are being made to functionalize government nursing school in tribal district Bajaur at earliest.
Later, the session was adjourned to meet on Monday.
