Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal says poverty alleviation is inevitable for achieving sustainable development goals.Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad today, he called for making collective efforts to address the issues of common man.Ahsan Iqbal said there is a dire need of paying special attention on education sector to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.He said the incumbent government is making efforts to tackle socio-economic challenges and issues of the down trodden segments of society.The Minister said the successful holding of SCO Council of Heads of the Government meeting has further improved the positive image of the country.Source: Radio Pakistan
