Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have paid tribute to the personnel of the security forces who embraced martyrdom during an operation against terrorists in the Harnai district. In their separate statements today, they, on behalf of the nation, saluted Major Muhammad Haseeb Shaheed and Havildar Noor Ahmed Shaheed for their supreme sacrifice in the defence of the motherland.According to Radio Pakistan, the President and the Prime Minister emphasized that the nation will never forget the sacrifices of the martyrs and their families. They also expressed the nation's resolve to continue actions until the complete eradication of terrorism from the country. The statements reflect a unified commitment at the highest levels of government to maintain efforts against terrorism and honor those who have given their lives in service to the nation.
