President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed Pakistan's firm commitment to root out the menace of terrorism.In a statement today, he appreciated security forces for foiling the terrorist attack on Bannu cantonment.Paying homage to the martyred soldiers, he said our soldiers saved the nation from a big loss by taking timely action.Condoling with the bereaved families, the President prayed for the higher ranks of martyrs.He said the nation is proud of the sacrifices of its soldiers.Source: Radio Pakistan
