Punjab Assembly has approved the provincial budget for the next fiscal year 2024-25, by passing the Finance Bill worth 5446 billion rupees.On the approval of the Finance Bill, the members of the Assembly welcomed the approval of the budget for the new financial year by thumping their desks in the House.After that, the Finance Minister presented the approved expenditure statement for the financial year in the House.Later, the Speaker adjourned the session until 2 pm tomorrow.Source: Radio Pakistan
