Punjab CM Assures All Facilities for Tablighi Jamaat’s Annual Congregation

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed to provide all possible facilities for the annual congregation of Tablighi Jamaat in Raiwind next month. She made this announcement while addressing a meeting with members of Tablighi Jamaat’s Shura in Lahore, including Maulana Nadeem Ashraf, Maulana Amjad Farooq, and Maulana Muhammad Ameer.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister has instructed the Deputy Commissioner, CCPO, DIG Police, and CTO to personally visit Raiwind to ensure that preparations for the event are on track. This directive is part of her commitment to facilitate the large gathering expected during the event.

Furthermore, Maryam Nawaz announced the initiation of electric bus services to operate from the railway station and airport to Raiwind, specifically for the annual Ijtima. This move aims to ease transportation for attendees, ensuring smooth and efficient travel to the venue.
