Islamabad: Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain met with a delegation from the Japan-Pakistan Innovation Institute in Islamabad. During the meeting, he stressed the importance of technical assistance over financial aid, highlighting the need for skill development and certification for Pakistani workers aspiring to work in Japan.According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhry Salik Hussain urged registered Japanese institutions in Pakistan to focus on skill development and assist in establishing direct connections between Japanese companies and Pakistani workers. This initiative aims to enhance employment opportunities for Pakistani workers by equipping them with necessary skills and certifications that meet the demands of Japanese employers.
