Lahore:Advisor to the Prime Minister on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan has emphasized that attracting foreign investment remains a priority for the federal government. He made this statement during a news conference in Lahore alongside Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb.

According to Radio Pakistan, Haroon Akhtar Khan noted that Pakistan's economy is showing positive signs of improvement. He highlighted the government's commitment to facilitating investors and promoting businesses across the country. He further stated that the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is crucial in promoting business activities and that the establishment of new industries will generate more job opportunities.

Marriyum Aurangzeb also addressed the conference, stating that the Punjab Government is actively working to enhance business activities. She mentioned the implementation of special measures to aid the business sector in the province, such as the introduction of a One Window Operation to facilitate business processes.
