Srinagar: The oppressed people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir continue to face gross political and legal injustice under India’s colonial rule.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Kashmiri people have been subjected to massacres, fake encounters, custodial killings, and arbitrary arrests under draconian laws.

The report highlighted that justice has not been delivered to the victims of horrific massacres in Gaw Kadal, Bijbehara, Sopore, and other regions of the territory. Indian courts have failed to punish a single soldier or policeman involved in war crimes against the Kashmiri people. The report lamented that thousands of Kashmiris, including top resistance leaders and human rights defenders, remain incarcerated without fair trial in Indian jails.

Meanwhile, Indian troops continued search operations in different areas of Kathua and Samba districts of Jammu region. In a separate incident, Indian police intercepted a vehicle in Udhampur district and arrested two individuals.

In another development, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party has condemned the deployment of 20,000 additional paramilitary troops in Kashmir, calling it a desperate move by the Modi regime to fortify its military control over the disputed territory. A DFP spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said New Delhi’s continued militarization, under the guise of normalcy, exposes its failure to address the political aspirations of Kashmiris through peaceful means.
