Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has assured that the necessary resources will be provided to further strengthen the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). Addressing FIA officers in Islamabad today, he stated that there are plans to expand the agency and emphasized that discussions are ongoing to give it a new shape.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Interior Minister highlighted that the conditions of FIA offices will be upgraded. He noted that a comprehensive plan is being developed to ensure the welfare of FIA employees and assured that all their concerns will be addressed.
Furthermore, he made it clear that corruption will not be tolerated within the FIA.
