Khyber pakhtunkhwa: Twenty-four khawarij associated with the Indian Proxy Fitna al-Khwarij have been neutralized in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to Radio Pakistan, the operations were conducted after reports of khawarij presence. Security Forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in Orakzai District. During the operation, troops engaged the khawarij location, resulting in fourteen khawarij being killed after an intense exchange of fire.

Another intelligence-based operation took place in Khyber District, where ten more khawarij were effectively neutralized in a subsequent fire exchange.

Sanitization operations are ongoing to eliminate any remaining Indian-sponsored khawarij in the area. The Counter Terrorism campaign under the vision "Azm e Istehkam," led by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan, aims to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country. This vision was approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan.
