Fourteen soldiers embraced shahadat when two vehicles of security forces moving from Pasni to Ormara in Gwadar were ambushed by terrorists on Friday.

According to ISPR, sanitization operation is being carried out in the area to hunt down the perpetrators of this heinous act and bring them to justice.

Security forces have reaffirmed their resolve to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country and such sacrifices of the brave soldiers further strengthen this resolve.

Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on security forces in Gawadar. In a statement on Friday, he said such cowardly attacks cannot shaken our resolve against terrorism.

The Prime Minister said the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its security forces to eradicate the menace of terrorism. He said we will never let the terrorists succeed in their nefarious designs. Paying rich tribute to the martyrs, the Prime Minister said the nation is proud of its martyrs who have scarified their lives for the cause the country. He prayed for eternal peace of the martyred and patience for their bereaved families.
