PM vows to develop Gwadar port in line with Int’l standards

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has vowed to develop the Gwadar port in line with international standards and provide best facilities to the local people of the area.

He was talking to Chairman Balochistan National Party Sardar Akhtar Mengal who called on him in Islamabad on Friday.

The Prime Minister reiterated that development of Pakistan is directly linked with the development of Balochistan. He said talented Baloch youth are a valuable asset of Pakistan and their welfare is one of the top most priorities of the government.

On the occasion, the Chairman BNP on behalf of the people and elected representatives of Balochistan, expressed complete confidence in the efforts of the Prime Minister for solidarity of the country and development of Balochistan.

Sardar Akhtar Mengal said for the first time in the history of Pakistan, development and prosperity of the youth of Balochistan has been made first priority by the Prime Minister.

He said Shehbaz Sharif’s visit to flood affected areas of Balochistan and sharing pain of the affected Baloch people there is something that has never happened before.

Sardar Akhtar Mengal said the Prime Minister has stabilized the country’s economy despite severe economic difficulties and calamitous floods.

Meanwhile, Member National Assembly of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal Salahuddin Ayubi called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad on Friday.

They discussed overall political situation of the country.

The Member congratulated the Prime Minister on getting vote of confidence from the National Assembly.

Former Member of the National Assembly Hanif Abbasi also called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday and congratulated him on his success in securing the vote of confidence from the National Assembly.

Hanif Abbasi apprised the prime minister a public appreciation over the operationalization of the Urology and Transplantation Institute of Rawalpindi.
